I suppose you are suggesting that Thailand has the only qualified surgeons who perform this procedure, which is entirely FALSE. There are a good number of doctors in the US and in Europe who do this surgery, and do it quite well. It is true that some do get “cut” in this fashion, but it is hardly the norm.
